Kim has been in love with writing since she could
spell. By the time she was eight, she’d already tried writing her
first book. By high school, she’d fallen in love with reading
romance novels. When she became an adult and discovered
African-American romance novels, she knew it was time to try writing
another book. Since then, Kim has written over 20 novels, 16 of them
published by houses such as Kensington, Genesis Press, and
Harlequin. Her books often receive top reviews in
Romantic Times Magazine and have garnered her three Emma
Award nominations and one Romantic Times nomination for Best
Multicultural Romance of 2008. Kim spends her spare time making
cards, watching foreign films, and hanging out with her two
grandsons. |
